1. The first day of class will be Sunday, 1/26/2025. We are having our classes at the South Hills School of Business and Technology (located behind the State College YMCA building) again this school year. The address is:

2. On January 26th, 2025 at 12:30 pm, Our staff will be on site. Parents are invited to hand in the tuition fee on that day.
3. When you hand in the tuition fee, please make sure to bring a printout of the confirmation of registration email with you.
4. Upon registration, you will receive two registration confirmation emails. One email will be the formatted email for the usual receipt, which you will need to print (see #1), and the other email provides a link back to the Google Form that will allow you to edit your previous response. This form will also be used when you want to make any change of registration, including changing to a different class or adding a new class. If the emails does not show up in your inbox, please check your Spam folder.
5. For new families and families with children entering Kindergarten, please note that enrollment in HVCS classes is open only to children who are at least 4 years old as of 8/31/2024.
6. There is no registration fee ($20) for spring semester if the family has already registered for the 2024 fall semester.
7. If the teacher of a class feels that a child is not ready for the class, the Chinese School reserves the right to ask the parents to withdraw the child from the class.
8. A full refund will be granted if a student withdraws before the 3rd day of class (Saturday, 2/1/2025). No refund will be made for withdrawals made on or after the 3rd day of class.
9. For any "bounced" check, the school will charge a fee of $30 in addition to the original tuition fee that is due to cover the fine imposed on the school by the bank.
